REGEN (BPC-157 + TB-500)

Reconstitution

REGEN is our 1:1 healing blend of BPC-157 and TB-500 (known elsewhere as the Wolverine blend). The vial weight is the combined total, split evenly: the 10 mg vial holds 5 mg of each peptide, the 20 mg vial holds 10 mg of each. You dose by the total blend amount and both peptides come along in the 1:1 ratio. The 10 mg vial at 2 mL gives a clean 5 mg/mL total, where 1 mg of blend is a 0.2 mL draw (20 units).

Use bacteriostatic water as your diluent.
Add the water slowly, letting it run down the inside wall of the vial rather than firing it onto the powder.
Swirl gently to mix, then leave it to dissolve. Do not shake.
Give it a few minutes. The finished solution should be clear and colourless.

Suggested Protocol

You dose REGEN by the total amount of blend you want, and the BPC-157 and TB-500 come along evenly in the 1:1 ratio
The common range is 0.5 mg to 2 mg of total blend per day, with 1 mg per day a solid middle
On the 10 mg vial at a 2 mL fill (5 mg/mL total), 1 mg of blend is a 0.2 mL draw (20 units), which delivers 0.5 mg each of BPC-157 and TB-500
On the 20 mg vial at 2 mL (10 mg/mL total), the same 1 mg dose is a 0.1 mL draw (10 units)
One subcutaneous injection daily, rotating sites
BPC-157 works best near the injury, while TB-500 acts systemically, so for a specific injury you can inject close to the area and still get the whole-body benefit
A 5 days on, 2 days off pattern is common
Run a 6 to 12 week block, then take a break
Acute injuries often start responding in 2 to 3 weeks; chronic issues and post-surgical recovery usually take 4 to 8 weeks to show clear progress

Dosing Detail

Dose by total blend: 0.5 mg to 2 mg per day, with 1 mg a common middle. That splits evenly into BPC-157 and TB-500.
10 mg vial at 2 mL: 1 mg of blend is 0.2 mL (20 units). 20 mg vial at 2 mL: 1 mg of blend is 0.1 mL (10 units).
Inject once daily, subcutaneously, rotating sites. For a specific injury you can inject near it.
Heads up for anyone tested: both BPC-157 and TB-500 are on the WADA prohibited list and are banned in competitive sport.

Based on 2 mL of bac water.

Duration

Run a 6 to 12 week block, then take a break. Acute injuries respond faster (2 to 3 weeks) than chronic or post-surgical cases (4 to 8 weeks).

Notes

A 1:1 BPC-157 and TB-500 blend, sold elsewhere as the Wolverine blend.
One daily shot covers both peptides, which is simpler than running two separate vials.
Both peptides are water soluble and mix cleanly in bac water. Rotate injection sites.

Storage & Handling

Keep the powdered (lyophilized) vial in a cool, dark place. Refrigerate it for longer-term storage before mixing.
Once reconstituted and properly stored (refrigerated at 2 to 8°C and kept out of direct light), use the vial within 90 days.
Do not freeze a reconstituted vial, and keep it away from heat and sunlight.
If the solution turns cloudy, develops floating particles, or shows any other sign of degradation, stop using that vial.
