Potenciador HGF/c-Met — sinaptogênese. 10 milhões de vezes mais potente que BDNF Original in PT-BR

O Dihexa atua como agonista/potenciador do receptor c-Met via seu ligante HGF (Hepatocyte Growth Factor). O sistema HGF/c-Met é um dos mais potentes indutores de sinaptogênese (formação de novas sinapses), plasticidade neural e sobrevivência neuronal. Dihexa estabiliza o receptor c-Met e facilita a dimerização induzida por HGF, amplificando massivamente a sinalização downstream. Em modelos animais de demência, restaurou função cognitiva e memória espacial. A potência sinaptogênica foi estimada em 10⁷ vezes superior ao BDNF por McCoy et al. (2013).
