Secretagogo de GH mais potente + cardioproteção via receptor CD36 cardíaco Original in PT-BR

O Hexarelin atua em duas frentes. Na pituitária, é o agonista mais potente do receptor GHS-R1a (grelina), produzindo a maior liberação de GH entre os peptídeos da classe. No coração, liga-se ao receptor scavenger CD36 (PMID: 9513944), ativando vias de proteção miocárdica contra isquemia e estresse oxidativo (PMID: 17072314). Porém, também é o GHRP que mais eleva cortisol e prolactina, e desenvolve taquifilaxia (dessensibilização) mais rapidamente com uso diário.
